SERVICES FROM A TO Z

AIR-CONDITIONING Individually controlled air-conditioning is available in all of our guest rooms. The fan has three intensity levels: low, medium and high. The availability of the air-conditioning depends on the season.

BABY COT Baby cots are available free of charge in our hotel. Please, call the reception for information (dial: 100).

BABYSITTING In case you need babysitting, please contact the reception.

BANK, ATM There are several ATM machines and banks nearby, the nearest is located opposit of the hotel next to the entrace of the grocery, Coop. On Dózsa György str. also opposit of the hotel, you can find an ATM in the OTP Bank too. For further information please contact the reception (dial: 100).

BATHROBE To use our Relax Corner you can borrow soft bathrobe from us, 1000 HUF / bathrobe. Please contact the recepetion. 

BLANKET Please contact our reception to have a complimentary extra blanket sent to your room (dial: 100).

BREAKFAST Start your day with a wealthy buffet breakfast from 7.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m. Our restaurant is on the ground floor, which can be easily approached by using the panorama-elevator. Our guests can reach the elevator on the first floor from the conference rooms, on the second floor between room 213 and 215. Cold package is available on demand, if you would like to leave before the appointed breakfast time. Please mention your request on the day before you need the package prior to 6 p.m. 

BUSINESS CENTER Printing scanning photocopying and internet browsing is possible at our business centre located next to the reception. For further information please contact the reception.

CAR RENTAL Should you wish to rent a car, please, kindly contact our reception.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT On the day of arrival we have your room prepared for you as of 2.00 p.m. If you arrive before the appointed time, it is possible that your room will not be ready. In other case you will be able to occupy your room as soon as it’s ready. If you wish to arrive early, please let us know while making the reservation. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room until 10.00 a.m. If you require a late checkout, please contact the reception. If the occupancy of the hotel requires, a late check-out fee might be charged.

CITY MAP The map of Gödöllő and its surroundings is available at our reception free of charge.

CLEANING THE ROOM, BED LINEN CHANGE Our Housekeeping does the daily cleaning in the afternoon. Bed linen is changed every 3 days, unless otherwise requested. Daily change is possible, but it is not included in the price. In order to protect the environment, towels are also changed every 3 days. Should you wish to have your towels changed more frequently please leave them dropped on the bathroom floor. Should you leave your towels hanging in the bathroom, it means you do not wish to have them changed.

CLOTHING REPAIRS Repairs of clothing are avaible on demand for a charge. Please contact our reception for further information (dial: 100). 

COATHANGERS Coathangers can be found in your wardrobe. Should you require more than the amount provided, please, do not hesitate to contact the reception (dial: 100).

CONFERENCE Our conference rooms are located on the 1st floor. Internet connection, flipchart board (with paper and pen) and projector is available.

CREDIT CARDS The following major credit cards are accepted: American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Visa electron cards. Please, contact our reception for further information.

„DO NOT DISTURB” In case you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang your red “Do not disturb” card on your doorhandle. If phone calls should not be passed to your room, please advise the Reception. It is part of our security policy not to give out any room numbers of our hotel guests.

DRINKING WATER The tap water is drinkable. Bottled still and sparkling water can be obtained from your minibar in your room. You will find the list of the minibar prices on your table. 

ELECTRICITY The voltage is 220V in Hungary. 

ELECTRIC OUTLETS All electric outlets in your room are off when your room key card is not inserted in the control box. If you would like to activate the electric system in your room, insert your keycard to the box.

ELEVATOR In our hotel there is two elevator in operation: the one at the front desk is accessible to the underground garage and the guest rooms. The panoramic elevator runs between the restaurant and the rooms.

ENVELOPE AND STATIONERY Please contact the reception if you need envelope and stationery. The service is free of charge.

FAX You can send fax at the reception for a charge. Please, contact the reception for further information. Should you wish to receive a fax, you may have it sent to the main fax number of the hotel: +36-28414-859. 

FIRE ESCAPE PLAN Please, read the instructions carefully and locate the 
emergency exits! In case of fire green lights on the corridors guide you to the exits. Should you see fire, please, immediately dial extension 100 for the reception! The fire extinguishers and fire alarms are well marked in red. In case of fire do not use the elevators! The staircase leads you to the ground floor of the hotel.

FIRST AID The staff of our front desk consists of qualified first aid providers. First aid box is available at the reception.

FLOWER BOUQUET If you would like to order a flower bouquet, please contact the reception for more information of a list of the flower shops nearby.

FOOD AND DRINKS IN THE ROOM The room is equipped with a minibar. The prices can be found on the list on your desk.

HAIR DRYER To the basic equipment of our rooms belongs a hairdryer. If you need an extra hairdryer, you can have one on request at the reception.

INTERNET WIFI is available in all rooms and also in the Lobby. The wireless internet is free of charge in the entire area of the hotel. You may access this service by connecting your laptop and accessing the internet with the use of your browser. There is an internet terminal available for our guests in our Business Center.

INFORMATION Brochures and information about the city of Gödöllő and its surroundings are available at our reception. 

IRON & IRONING BOARD Please contact the reception for iron and ironing board, which can be used free of charges.

Ironing service is available for an additional cost, please contact at reception from 08:00am until 2:00pm.


KEYS Please leave your keycards at the reception upon checkout. Should you loose your key, you will be charged an amount of 3,-EUR for each lost keycard.

LAUNDRY SERVICES Laundry and ironing service are available on demand for a charge. Please note that our laundry service is available only in that case, when you fill in the laundry form, which is also the pricelist. Otherwise our team is unable to take over your laundry. It can be taken back according agreement, normally next day. 

LAUNDRY BAG Laundry bag is placed in the wardrobe, please leave it at the reception. If you need, the reception can provide more.

LINEN CHANGE Our Housekeeping does the daily cleaning in the afternoon. Bed linen is changed every 4 days, unless otherwise requested. Daily change is possible, but it is not included in the price.

LOST AND FOUND Please contact the reception to assist you. Lost and found articles, except for perishable items, are kept for six months.

LUGGAGE STORAGE Our reception provides complimentary luggage storage services on demand.

LUGGAGE TRANSFER The hotel provides assistance with luggage transfer up to the room free of charge.

MAINTENANCE Should you find any equipment in your room to be out of order, please kindly inform the reception (dial: 100).

MINIBAR You have a private minibar in your room that will be refilled on a daily basis. For prices, please refer to the menu found on the table

MOBILE PHONE Mobilephones can be used throughout the hotel, although kindly refrain from usage in the restaurant and common areas. For the well-being of our guests we trust on your kind understanding that the ringing tone has to be kept on a low level in the breakfast room and inside the hotel. If you wish to charge your telephone in the room, please note that it is only possible while the key card is inserted in the white electricity box next to the room door. 

MONEY EXCHANGE EUR and HUF (hungarian forint) cash payment at the reception is accepted, however money exchange in the hotel is not possible. T he reception may advise you of the nearby banks, exchange offices and their opening hours.

NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES Complimentary newspapers and magazines are available at the lobby.

NOTEPAD AND PEN Can be found on your table.

PAYMENT Payment can be done via cash or credit card. If you intend to pay via credit card, we accept the following brands: American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron.

PARKING Limited number of parking places are available in our garage. Since the garage is underground, there is a height limit (1,95 meter). Parking in our garage has also an additional fee of 8 EUR/night/car. For more information please call the reception (dial: 100). Please, be advised of the fact that the parking places in front on the street do not belong to our hotel. Therefore the hotel does not take responsibility for any parking fines or damages caused to the cars, that are parked outside.

PETROL STATION There are several petrol stations near the centre of the town within 10-15 minutes by car. Please contact the reception for directions.

POST OFFICE The closest post office is located 2 minutes from the hotel. If you wish to send mail, please hand your stamped delivery on to the reception and we will send it by post for your recipient.

SAFE AND RESPONSIBILITY You can keep your valuables in the central safes at the reception. Limited number of safes are available. The hotel does not take any responsibility for valuables not being kept in safes. 

SEWING KIT The reception can provide sewing kit in case you are in need of one.

SHOE SHINING Shoe shining mashine is available at the lobby.

SMOKING Please note that Erzsébet Királyné Hotel is a dedicated non-smoking hotel for the comfort and health of our guests. Smoking is prohibited in the 5 meter area of the Hotel entrance. Please smoke only in allocated areas!

TAXI AND TRANSFER RESERVATION Please call the reception (dial: 100) if you would like to order a transfer, or wish to reserve a minibus. Please notify us 24 hours in advance.

  • To turn the TV on or off, please press the red circular button located in the upper left corner of the remote control.
  • Press the Home or Smart Hub button with the house icon to access the TV’s smart features, such as:
      • Applications (e.g., Netflix, YouTube, etc.)

  • To adjust the volume, use the button between the + and - signs. Flicking the button upward increases the volume, while pressing it downward decreases it.
  • To change TV channels, use the button between the up and down arrows. Flicking it up moves to the next channel, while pressing it down returns to the previous one.

TELEPHONE You can reach the reception desk by dialing 100. To reach an outside line for local calls 06 + area code + phone number. The telephone in your room allows you to make direct local and international calls. To reach another room please dial the room number.

TIME The local time in Hungary is based on the Mid-European time (Greenwich Mean Time +1 hour). To find out the exact time, please contact our reception.

TOILETRIES Our bathrooms are equipped with soap, 2 in 1 shower gel & shampoo, and cosmetic tissues. If you need additional tools (toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit), you can apply for it at the reception for a fee.

PROTECTION OF OUR ENVIRONMENT IN THE EVERYDAY LIFE OF HOTEL QUEEN ELIZABETH
As hospitality and the hotel industry produce a lot of waste and use a large amount of energy during operation, hotels and restaurants should reduce emissions and use of energy in some way to protect our environment: this is the purpose of Hotel Queen Elizabeth.

WHAT WE DO IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT
The collection of waste generated during day-today operation is organized in a selective way.  In the light of re-use, we encourage the use of remanufactured toner cartridges, the reuse of used paper and the purchase of recycled paper.  The use of our relaxation island is possible only at previously appointed time, so the sauna will be heated up only when our guests would like to use it, avoiding unnecessary energy waste.  The employees of our hotel receive education, in which we train them environmental protection techiques and eco-consciousness, and encourage them to make these a part of everyday life.  To reduce the waste of energy, our rooms use a magnetic card lock system, which means there is electricity in the room only when our guest inserts the key card received at the reception. If the guest leaves the room and removes the card, the power supply will be terminated and any devices left in operation will be switched off.  Our washbasins have taps with water-saving perlators, reducing water usage.

WHAT YOU CAN DO DURING YOUR STAY
In order to protect the environment, towels are changed twice a week. If our guest would like to have their towels changed more frequently, dropping them on the bathroom floor our housekeepers will change it for a new one. Leaving the towels hanging in the bathroom means they do not have to be changed. In order to optimize the room-temperature, closing the windows helps to increase the efficiency of air conditioning and heating, so the energy needed on cooling / heating actually reaches the purpose of its usage. Our hotel offers laundry services cooperating with a labelled „Green Laundry”. For using this service, our guests can put their clothes in a nylon bag that can be used several times. If someone would like to use laundry service more than once during their stay, the bags can be reused to reduce the amount of waste generated. Driving a car has an impact on the environment and also pollutes the air. If you have the opportunity, instead of driving your car or taking a taxi, use the public transport (long distance bus, train, local train). Please contact the recepction for more information and time tables. While having breakfast, in order to avoid food waste, take less amount of food at once, because you have several opportunity to refill your plate. If you can, please use one plate during the meal – this results less dirty dish to wash, which means less water and chemical to use. For the sake of the environment!
